airBaltic also has co-operation for flight to Vienna with Austrian Airlines, for Turkish domestic flights airBaltic offers with Turkish Airline Atlas Jet. The airline is also focusing on flights to the former Soviet Union. The flights are operated in code share with Aeroflot, AeroSvit Airlines, Azerbaijan airline AZAL, Belavia, Donbassaero, Pulkovo Airlines and Georgian airways. airBaltic´s business model is based on both point-to-point service and transfer traffic. airBaltic also provides air cargo transportation services and is the official representative of SAS Cargo and Lufthansa Cargo in Latvia.

airBaltic is the first airline in the Baltic states to take advantage of "Open Sky" following EU – accession and start operation from another country. airBaltic operates direct flights from two of the capital cities in the Baltic States – Riga, Latvia and Vilnius, Lithuania. Thus airline offers widest choice of connections and highest frequencies for the lowest prices in the market. airBaltic´s aim is to continue growth and sustain high profitability.

airBaltic´s top priorities are – safety, punctuality and service.

Simple and Accessible
The airline offers low-fare tickets to and from Baltic countries. The prices are competitive not only with other airlines, but also with the prices of bus, car, train or ferry. One way tickets are available not only for direct but also for transfer flights via Copenhagen, Stockholm, Barcelona (Spanish domestic flights), Helsinki (Finish domestic) and Istanbul (Turkish domestic). One-way ticket structure allows combining air travel with other means of transportation and gives customers wider options for travel schedule. Ticket pricing is demand driven.

Ticket sales are made through airline´s internet page as well as travel agencies. Ticket less travel is available on airBaltic direct flights.
